What's included: Off-street covered parking at the front of property for 2 cars 3 large bedrooms - 1 king, 2 queen beds Kitchen- is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, all crockery Living area -Lounges (TV with FETCH tv) Deck (half covered) with outdoor table Downstairs Laundry and 2nd bathroom Rumpus room with sofas, TV and table tennis Out the back saltwater pool and deck kayaks (double and single) direct Tuggerah Lake access from rear gate Tuggerah Lake -actual view

Dog Parks and beaches Scout and Bailey enjoy watching the birdlife You can walk along the lakeside reserve, through the rear gate or accessway a few blocks to the south ..its not an off leash area. nearby..
